“ 好吃! Been coming here for 30 years. Still the best Cantonese seafood in town. Order the lobster, the crab, the oysters. And, get the orange beef for your friends! ”
“ Very friendly service compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area which surprised me, thumbs up for the aunties on Saturday lunch hour crew, I think some of the low ratings here are because people confused this with the place downstairs Ethan’s who has the worst & rudest service in Montreal, food was fresh&delicious, we went on Mother’s Day weekend quiet vibe which is lovely, only thing is they can improve in the cleanliness of the dining room windows, other than that it is recommended, very likely to be returning in the future. ”
“ Best Chinese restaurant in Montreal China town. I really love their seafood dishes, so fresh so delicious! They also serve hot daily soup and tea for free. Will come back for sure! ”
“ Staff was AMAZING we got back from Quebec city and my friends were craving for Chinese restaurant. Our friend suggested to try this out as it opens super late too. Definitely worth the travel. We got taken care of quickly and food - DELICIOUS I dont remember what we ordered lol cuz of my sisters did it but you can just show the staff. Everything was fabulous and we even had sweet bean dessert at the end Highly recommend and will definitely come back if I have a chance to visit Montreal again ”
“ Keung Kee is an institution. Decades ago this place was know as the best restaurant in Montreal's Chinatown and imo it still is. I've honestly have never had a bad dish here; taste and flavours have always been on point. I recommend their signature mushroom rolls, razor clams, clams with vermicelli, eggplant, beef hotplate and stir fried noodles for all kinds. ”
“ We ordered fried oysters and they were huge and fried to perfection with the Hong Kong style batter, light and crunchy, very delicious. We also had the stuffed shrimp paste 3 ways with tofu, eggplant and peppers in a black bean sauce. The portion of these dishes were quite substantial and we couldn't finish either. The prices were very reasonable given the quality and serving size. We will definitely be back again when we're in the area. Great experience. ”
“ Absolutely delicious. I feel like it’s authentic as it can get. Service was quick and food came out nice and hot. The salt and pepper pork chops were soooooo delicious. It had the perfect seasoning. I asked for a pan fried noodle thinking it was those crispy noodles and I got more of a chow fun. It’s fine cause it was still super good. We came around 4:30 pm. Which was good cause around 5:15 it was getting packed. Not thing I did not like was I was cold lol. I wish the heater worked lol. Overall pretty great and affordable dinner. Each entree was like 12-14 CAD. Better priced than the US. ”
“ My favorite chinese restaurant in Montreal. I’ve been eating here since I was a child. If you are craving chinese food to share this is the place. They have an extensive menu to cater everyone’s palate. They also offer pre set menu. I recommand ordering and sharing a soup, a fried rice, a plate of veggies, a plate of meat. Here are some dishes that I recommand: - Crab Meat with Fish Maw Soup - Fried lobster cantonese style - salt & pepper fried squid - general tao is good! - any stir fry veggies - Eggplant with Minced Pork in Hot Pot and ask for japanese tofu in it - Fried Rice with Chicken And Salted Fish - Fried Rice Noodles with Beef ”
